We face good and bad situations every day. When things are going well, we rarely worry about what will happen next. Let’s relax and move on. We tend to take things for granted and start to lose gratitude for the good things we have in our lives.
When bad things happen, stress is immediately accompanied by “Why me?” and “What am I going to do now?” Bad things rarely happen once. Instead, they band together and can test the sanity of the most patient saint. It’s hard to see the silver lining in something.
In difficult times in life, we must believe that the situation will improve and that soon our lives will be on the right track.
